Roots Plan

Includes:

Simple Last Will & Testament
Health Care Power of Attorney
Financial Power of Attorney
Advance Directive / Living Will
HIPAA Release
Clear instructions for signing and storing documents

Branches Plan

Includes everything in the Roots Plan, plus:

Revocable Living Trust to help avoid probate and protect key assets
One trust per plan (joint trust for couples)
Instructions for funding your trust
Guidance for keeping your plan current
Short attorney consultation to answer your basic questions

Our plans are designed for individuals and families with simple, straightforward needs. If your situation involves things like:

Leaving property or money to a child with special needs
Protecting children who aren’t ready to manage money responsibly
Placing restrictions on a spouse’s use of property after your death
Making detailed gifts of specific items or sums of money
Business ownership, tax planning, or blended families

Then you will likely need a full-service estate plan. If that’s the case, we’ll help point you in the right direction. Additional services may also be available for an added fee.
